You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
a. Patients
- Use the platform as directed by caregivers or healthcare providers
- Understand that monitoring is supportive, not preventive of all risks
b. Caregivers & Family Members
- Maintain accurate patient information
- Respond appropriately to alerts and notifications
- Do not rely solely on the platform for emergency situations
c. Healthcare Providers
- Use the platform as a clinical support tool
- Apply independent medical judgment
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
4. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach
- Dementia Smart Care is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use
5. AI-Driven Features & Limitations
Our Services use artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate insights, alerts, and recommendations.
- AI outputs are informational and supportive only
- AI systems may not detect all risks or events
- Human oversight and judgment are essential
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
6. Data & Privacy

7. Alerts, Notifications & Emergency Situations

- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the previous 12 months
